Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited Lists on GEM Board with Strong Investor Interest

Karachi: The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited (PACRA) successfully commenced its listing on the GEM Board following a robust investor response. On June 20, 2025, the company announced that the Strike Price per share had been established at PKR 15.05, following a Book Building process conducted on June 18 and 19.

The offering garnered participation totaling PKR 396.24 million, significantly surpassing the initial issue size of PKR 80.12 million. This marked an oversubscription by 6.04 times based on the Floor Price of PKR 10.75 per share and by 4.1 times based on the finalized Strike Price. The event saw engagement from a total of 84 investors, with 81 emerging as successful participants.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the allocation of shares among successful investors included a range of categories. Mutual Funds received 977,238 shares, TREC Holders were allocated 1.88 million shares, and Other Institutions/Corporates obtained 460,542 shares. High Net Worth Individuals were allocated the largest portion, receiving 4.14 million shares.
