Karachi: Burj Clean Energy Modaraba's Executive Director, Nabeel Anjum Malik, has made a series of purchases in the company's shares, as disclosed under the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulation 5.6.4. The transactions were executed over a period in June 2025, reflecting a consistent acquisition strategy by the executive.

According to the regulatory filing, Nabeel Anjum Malik, in his capacity as an executive director, engaged in multiple transactions between June 17 and June 26 of the year 2025. The purchases involved shares traded in the ready market, with various volumes and prices recorded over the specified dates.

The transaction details reveal that on June 17, Malik purchased two batches of 1,000 shares each, at rates of 8.44 and 8.50 per share, respectively. His final transaction within this period was on June 26, with a purchase of 1,000 shares at a rate of 10.00.
