First Punjab Modaraba Declares No Dividends or Bonus Certificates for 2024

Lahore: The Board of Directors of Punjab Modaraba Services (Private) Limited, which manages First Punjab Modaraba, announced in a meeting held on June 30, 2025, that it has approved the financial accounts for the year ending December 31, 2024. The board decided against issuing any cash dividends, bonus certificates, right certificates, or other entitlements to shareholders for the fiscal year.

The decision was made public through a disclosure that also confirmed the absence of any price-sensitive information related to the Modaraba. The annual review meeting is scheduled to take place on July 30, 2025, in Lahore. Shareholders whose names are registered by July 23, 2025, will be eligible to attend this meeting, as the certificate transfer books will remain closed from July 24 to July 30, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial statements of First Punjab Modaraba for the year ending December 31, 2024, will be sent via PUCARS within the designated timeframe. The Modaraba operates within the designated market category of Islamic financial services.
