Leadership Transition at The Searle Company Limited Announced

Karachi: The Searle Company Limited has announced a significant leadership transition with the retirement of Mr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Tahir Ahmed as the new CEO, marking a strategic move in the company’s leadership structure. Mr. Ahmed, who has been with the company for over twenty-five years, recently served as Managing Director for twelve months, a role he assumed under a Board-approved succession plan.

Mr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed, who has played a pivotal role in the company’s trajectory, will continue to serve on the Board as an Executive Director. In addition, he will take on the role of Senior Advisor to the Board and Management, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity in leadership.
