Karachi: Bannu Woollen Mills Limited has disclosed that its Non-Executive Director, Syed Zubair Ahmed Shah, executed a series of share sale transactions on July 8, 2025. The transactions involved the sale of a total of 500 shares at an average rate of 82.87 per share. This information was disseminated by the company in compliance with Regulation 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book.

According to the detailed report provided by the company, the first transaction conducted by Mr. Shah involved the sale of 108 shares at a rate of 82.85. Subsequently, another sale of 50 shares at the same rate was recorded. The final transaction saw the sale of 342 shares at a slightly increased rate of 82.92. Collectively, these sales resulted in a cumulative holding of 500 shares, which constitutes 0.005% of the company's shares.
