MCB Investment Management Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Financial Statements

Karachi: MCB Investment Management Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be convened on August 4, 2025. The meeting is set to deliberate on and approve the financial statements and the distribution of a final dividend, if any, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. Additionally, the Board will review the financial statements of various collective investment and voluntary pension schemes managed by the company for the same period.

The collective investment schemes under consideration include both listed and unlisted funds. Among the listed schemes, the Pakistan Income Fund, MCB Pakistan Sovereign Fund, MCB DCF Income Fund, and the MCB Pakistan Stock Market Fund are prominent. Unlisted schemes include the MCB DCF Fixed Return Fund and the MCB Investment Savings Fund. The voluntary pension schemes slated for review include the Pakistan Pension Fund and the MCB KPK Government Employees' Pension Fund.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, a 'Closed Period' is designated from July 21, 2025, to August 4, 2025, inclusive. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are barred from dealing in the company's shares.
