This initial acquisition brought her cumulative shareholding to 15.84 million shares, representing 11.11% of the company's total shares. The transactions occurred in the ready market, utilizing the Central Depository Company (CDC) form of share certificates.

Continuing her investment strategy, Ali acquired an additional 50,000 shares on July 18, 2025, at a rate of 269.93 per share. This subsequent purchase increased her cumulative shareholding to 15.89 million shares, slightly elevating her ownership stake to 11.15% in IGI Holdings Limited.
