The transactions took place over two separate dates. On July 11, 2025, Rizwan Malik executed a purchase order for 200 shares at a rate of 103.40 per share. This initial transaction marked an increase in Malik's cumulative shareholding, categorized as a Minor move in terms of its impact on the overall share percentage.
A subsequent transaction occurred on July 18, 2025, when Malik sold the same 200 shares at a rate of 106.70 per share. This sale returned Malik's cumulative shareholding to zero, representing another Minor move in the context of overall share percentage.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions comply with the mandatory disclosure requirements under PSX Regulation 5.6.4. The regulation mandates the disclosure of interests by directors, executives, and substantial shareholders, including transactions executed by their spouses and minors.
