Nimir Industrial Chemicals Executive Discloses Share Transactions

Karachi: Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited has disclosed a series of share transactions executed by one of its executives, Arif Hussain Surti, in compliance with the regulatory framework of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The transactions, conducted over three separate dates in July 2025, were detailed in a statement forwarded to the PSX as per Regulation No. 5.6.4.

The disclosure reveals that Mr. Surti engaged in the purchase of shares totaling 1,310 in the company. The acquisitions were made in three batches: 173 shares purchased on July 4, 2025, at a rate of Rs. 159.84 per share; 500 shares on July 9, 2025, at Rs. 157.00 per share; and 637 shares on July 16, 2025, at Rs. 157.98 per share. All transactions were executed electronically through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the holding period for these transactions exceeds six months. In instances where the holding period is less than six months, any profits realized must be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as stipulated by Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015. This regulatory requirement ensures transparency and accountability in executive transactions.

The company has further communicated the details of these transactions to the TRE Certificate holders of the Exchange, adhering to the compliance standards set forth by PSX regulations.
