Liven Pharma Limited to Increase Authorized Capital by PKR 200 Million

Karachi: Liven Pharma Limited has announced a plan to enhance its authorized capital by PKR 200 million. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on July 22, 2025. The proposal is set to increase the company's authorized capital from PKR 1 billion to PKR 1.20 billion through the issuance of 20 million new ordinary shares, each valued at PKR 10.

The board has resolved that this increase is subject to approval during an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the shareholders, where a special resolution will be required. The enhanced capital structure is aimed at bolstering the company's financial capacity.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Liven Pharma Limited's board has empowered the Chief Executive Officer and the Company Secretary to initiate the necessary processes for shareholder approval. This includes organizing the EOGM and fulfilling all regulatory requirements to effectuate the capital increase.

Furthermore, the board has authorized the appointment of legal, financial, and other advisors to facilitate the execution of this strategy. As the company prepares for these changes, it remains focused on navigating the requisite formalities to secure shareholder and regulatory approval.
