On June 25, Waves Corporation Limited sold 1.10 million shares at a rate of 9.06 per share in a ready market transaction. This transaction adjusted the cumulative shareholding to 139.90 million shares, representing 52.22% of the company. On July 3, the corporation engaged in an additional sale of 2.00 million shares at a rate of 10.01 per share, further decreasing the cumulative shareholding to 137.90 million shares, which now represents 51.47% of the company.
