Agritech Limited’s Urea Plant Resumes Operations Following Technical Shutdown

Lahore: Agritech Limited has announced the resumption of operations at its urea plant, following a temporary shutdown due to technical issues that arose in July. This development was disclosed under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1. of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The urea plant had been non-operational since July 22, 2025, when a technical issue necessitated an immediate halt to its activities. According to the latest communication from the company, the plant has successfully restarted and resumed normal operations. The company has advised the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to take note of this update.
