Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has announced a second interim cash dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. This decision was made during a board meeting held on July 31, 2025.
The bank's Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend of PKR 2.5 per share, translating to 25% for the quarter. This comes in addition to an interim cash dividend of the same value already disbursed, resulting in a cumulative 50% dividend for the half-year ending June 30, 2025. No bonus shares or right shares were announced.
The share transfer books will be closed from August 12 to August 13, 2025, for the distribution of the interim cash dividend. Shareholders listed in the Register of Members as of the close of business on August 11, 2025, will be eligible to receive this dividend. Transfers received by Bank Alfalah's Share Registrar in Karachi by the close of business on August 11 will be considered timely for this entitlement.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial results and dividend announcements come as part of the bank’s regular reporting and compliance procedures. The bank has stated that the quarterly report will be transmitted through the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) within the required timeframe.
