Ltd. has issued a final notice to Class 'A' preference shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends, which are set to vest with the Federal Government under the Companies Act, 2017. The final notice invites shareholders to lodge their claims within 90 days. If no claims are received within this timeframe, the company will proceed to deposit the unclaimed or unpaid amounts with the Federal Government, as stipulated by subsection (2) of section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.
