Karachi: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) announced its financial results for the half year ending June 30, 2025, revealing a consistent performance with the declaration of an interim cash dividend. The board of directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2025, at the HBL Corporate Office in Karachi, approved an interim cash dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share, equating to 45.00%. Transfers received at the bank's share registrar office in Karachi by the close of business on August 11, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend entitlement. HBL will transmit its quarterly report for the period ending June 30, 2025, through PUCARS as scheduled.
