Karachi: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has announced a recent transaction involving one of its executives, in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. The disclosure was made on August 8, 2025, detailing the acquisition of shares by Muhammad Shayan, an executive of the company.

According to the official statement, Muhammad Shayan executed a purchase of 1,000 shares on August 7, 2025, at a rate of 127.102000 per share. This transaction was categorized under the 'Ready' market type. The cumulative percentage of shares held by Shayan post-transaction remains unchanged.
