Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has announced the credit of its Second Interim Cash Dividend at a rate of Rs. 2.5 per share for the half year ending on June 30, 2025. The announcement, published on August 25, 2025, in the "Business Recorder" and "Express" newspapers, indicates the dividend has been electronically credited to the designated bank accounts of eligible shareholders.
According to the bank, the dividend distribution follows the board of directors' declaration at a meeting on July 31, 2025. The eligible shareholders, whose names were in the register of members by the close of business on August 11, 2025, and who provided their valid National Identity Card Number and complete bank account details, have received the dividend directly.
For shareholders requiring verification, details of the credited dividends can be accessed through the Centralised Cash Dividend Register developed by the CDC. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders can retrieve their records via the dedicated electronic service.
The bank has also clarified that, as per the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, any dividend payments to shareholders without complete CNIC or IBAN information are withheld. Letters and reminders have been dispatched to affected shareholders, urging them to submit the required identification information for the release of their dividend payments.
