Multan: In a recent meeting, the Board of Directors of Maqbool Textile Mills Limited approved the sale and transfer of its agricultural land to M/s Mehmooda Maqbool Mills Limited. The meeting, held on August 25, 2025, at the company's head office in Multan, focused on the strategic divestment of land assets.

The land, located in Chak No. 583/TDA, Tehsil Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, encompasses 122 Kanal, 4 Marlas, and 136 feet. The decision to sell the property comes as part of the company's broader efforts to streamline its operations and focus on core business activities. The transaction has already been financially settled, and the necessary authorization has been granted to the company's Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mian Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh, to proceed with the legal formalities.
