Karachi: In a recent update, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) announced a revised trading and settlement schedule for specific Deliverable Future Contracts (DFC) due to the book closure dates of Bank Al Habib Limited and BankIslami Pakistan Limited. This change affects the DFC-SEP-26 and DFC-OCT-26 contracts, initially communicated via notices PSX/N-779 and PSX/N-956.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the contracts for SEP and OCT will open on June 29 and August 3, respectively, and both will close on August 27. Settlement for these contracts is scheduled for August 28. The revised schedule for trading and settlement without benefits will commence on August 24, with contracts SEPB closing on September 25 and OCTB on October 30, with settlements occurring on September 28 and November 2, respectively.
