According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has initiated a “Closed Period” starting from September 12, 2025, and concluding on the day of the meeting. During this time frame, any trading activities involving the company’s shares by Directors, the Managing Director, or Executives, whether direct or indirect, are prohibited.
