Karachi: Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on October 28, 2025, at 4:30 PM. The meeting will be held at Dawood Centre, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, and will also be accessible via Zoom audio/video conferencing. The primary agenda for the meeting is the consideration of the financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2025, with the potential declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the Company has established a "Closed Period" from October 16, 2025, to October 28, 2025. During this time, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to directly or indirectly engage in transactions involving the Company's shares. This is in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this measure ensures transparency and fairness in the handling of the Company's shares during sensitive periods.
