Operating profit (OP) surged by 36% to PKR 8,488 million, while profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) saw significant increases of 61% and 58%, respectively.
The company has managed to keep its gross profit to NSV ratio steady at 29% and has seen a moderate move in its operating profit to NSV ratio, which stands at 8%. The return on capital employed (ROCE) and return on equity (ROE) were reported at 34% and 28%, respectively. Earnings per share rose to 14.9, while the dividend per share reached 9.0, indicating a payout ratio of 61%.
