Karachi: K-Electric Limited has announced the postponement of an emergent board meeting originally scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 14:00 hours in Karachi. The company had previously communicated the meeting details on October 27, 2025.

The meeting, which was set to address issues other than financial results, will be rescheduled with a new date and time to be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) shortly.
