This was followed by further transactions on November 17 and 18, when he bought 50,000 and 100,000 shares, respectively, at rates of 373.91 and 371.45. By November 19, Choudrey continued his acquisition by purchasing 87,960 shares at 371.03, raising his cumulative shareholding to 16.22 million and slightly increasing his cumulative percentage to 0.65%. The transactions concluded on November 20 with an additional purchase of 60,438 shares at 370.50.
In parallel, Haider Zameer Choudrey, a non-executive director, also undertook significant share purchases. On November 17, he bought 50,047 shares at 374.00, resulting in a 16.12 million cumulative shareholding, and a cumulative percentage of 0.64%. The following day, he acquired another 100,000 shares at 371.21, and on November 19, he purchased 25,000 shares at 371.00, further increasing his holdings to 16.24 million shares and a cumulative percentage of 0.65%.
