Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited Announces Office Relocation Proposal

Islamabad: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has announced a proposal to relocate its registered office from Faisalabad to Islamabad, as approved by the Board of Directors. This decision was communicated in a disclosure dated December 16, 2025, in accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations.

The company’s registered office is currently situated at Plot No. 29 & 30, M-3 Industrial City, Main Boulevard, Sahianwala, Faisalabad, Punjab. The proposed move is to PHA Flat No. 04, Block No. 12, G-8/4, Islamabad, and necessitates an amendment to Clause II of the Memorandum of Association.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision requires shareholder approval through a special resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM). This meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2026, with the notice to be issued to shareholders in due course.

The Board has empowered the Chief Executive Officer and the Company Secretary to jointly or independently finalize and execute all necessary regulatory and corporate procedures to facilitate the EOGM. The company has also requested the Exchange to inform the certificate holders about the proposed changes.
