Karachi: M/s. Rallys Equities (Private) Limited has officially become an active TRE Certificate Holder at the Pakistan Stock Exchange, following the completion of all necessary formalities as per Regulation No. 4.11 of PSX Regulations. The announcement, dated December 16, 2025, confirms that Rallys Equities will operate as a Trading Only Securities Broker.

In its newly activated role, Eclear Services Limited (ESL) has been designated as the Professional Clearing Member to manage and settle executed trades for Rallys Equities. ESL will also hold the responsibility for maintaining custody of securities and funds across all accounts, which include proprietary and other related accounts.
