The first transaction, executed on December 22, 2025, involved the sale of 10 million shares. This transaction was followed by a second sale of 4.35 million shares on December 23, 2025. The cumulative percentage of shares held by TPL Properties Limited after these transactions stands at 35.14%.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions, carried out by substantial shareholders, are part of the regulatory requirements mandating disclosure of interests by relevant persons holding company shares.
