Lahore: Lalpir Power Limited announced a significant change in its Board of Directors as Mr. Amir Mahmood resigned from his position, effective December 29, 2025. The company appointed Mr. Farrukh Ifzal to fill the resulting vacancy, with his appointment effective from December 31, 2025.

The updated list of directors now includes Mr. Farrukh Ifzal, joining Mian Hassan Mansha, Zaheer Ahmad Ghanghro, Mahmood Akhtar, Muhammad Azam, Inayat Ullah Niazi, and Hajra Arham. Mian Hassan Mansha continues to serve as the Chairman, with Mahmood Akhtar holding the position of Chief Executive Officer.
