Karachi: Crescent Star Insurance Limited has announced the book closure period for its right issue ordinary shares, following a previous announcement made on March 27, 2025. As per the company's recent communication, the share transfer books will be closed from January 16, 2026, to January 22, 2026, inclusive of both days. This closure aims to determine the entitlement of right shares for the shareholders.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the physical transfer and Central Depository System (CDS) Transaction IDs must be received in order by the company's share registrar, M/s F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd., located at Room No. 1705, 17th Floor, Saima Trade Tower-A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi-74000, by the close of business on January 15, 2026. Transactions meeting this deadline will be considered timely for the entitlement of right shares.

The announcement is set to be published in the Daily Business Recorder and Daily Duniya on January 08, 2026. Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, are advised to take note of this information in preparation for the upcoming entitlement period.
