Karachi: Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Co. Ltd. held its 73rd Annual General Meeting on January 14, 2026, where key resolutions concerning the company’s financial management and auditor appointments were passed.
During the meeting, the members confirmed and approved the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on January 14, 2025. The approval of these minutes marks a procedural continuity for the company as it moves forward with its financial and operational strategies.
The members also approved the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. These statements included the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports, alongside the Chairman’s Review Reports, serving as essential documents for the company’s financial transparency and accountability.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting also resulted in the reappointment of M/s. A. F. Ferguson & Co; Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors. This decision extends their tenure until the conclusion of the 74th Annual General Meeting, ensuring continuity in the auditing process. The Chief Financial Officer has been authorized to determine the auditors’ remuneration in consultation with the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
