Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) announced the suspension of trading in the shares of M/s. Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited, effective from January 16, 2026. This decision comes in the wake of the company's special resolution to commence voluntary winding-up proceedings under Clause 5.11.2.(d) of the PSX Regulations.

The suspension of trading will remain in place until M/s. Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited is delisted, following the completion of necessary requirements. Alternatively, the suspension could extend for another 60 days from the effective date. This measure is executed under the authority granted to the PSX by Sub-Section (7) of Section 19 of the Securities Act, 2015, alongside Clause 5.11 of the PSX Regulations.
