The transactions, reported in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations, highlight a series of purchases by Iftikhar, classified as a substantial shareholder.

On January 14, 2026, Iftikhar acquired 150,000 shares at a rate of 60.14 per share. This purchase brought her cumulative shareholding to 17.52 million shares, representing 10.43% of the company’s total shares. The following day, January 15, she purchased an additional 19,746 shares at 62.02 per share, slightly increasing her holding to 17.54 million shares, or 10.44%.

Continuing her acquisition trend, on January 16, Iftikhar bought 69,860 shares at a rate of 63.40, raising her cumulative holdings to 17.61 million shares, accounting for 10.48% of the company’s shares. On January 19, she further increased her stake by purchasing 35,549 shares at 64.47 per share, which advanced her total shares to 17.65 million, or 10.50%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the most recent transaction occurred on January 20, when Iftikhar bought 49,000 shares at a rate of 64.24. This transaction resulted in a cumulative total of 17.70 million shares, equating to 10.53% of Panther Tyres Ltd.’s shareholding.
