NETSOL Technologies Marks Strategic Milestones Amid Financial Growth

Lahore: NETSOL Technologies Limited has announced a series of strategic developments designed to enhance its operational footprint and financial performance. These announcements come as part of the company’s report for the period ended December 31, 2025, marking significant advancements in both market reach and technological innovation.

On February 25, 2026, the company disclosed the successful implementation of its Transcend Finance platform for a major Chinese leasing company operating in Indonesia. This deployment represents a milestone for NETSOL, enabling the client to introduce a comprehensive range of leasing solutions without the constraints of legacy systems.

Furthering its influence in the automotive sector, NETSOL has been selected by Sonic Automotive, a Fortune 500 dealership group, to spearhead a discovery engagement. This initiative will define the requirements for a next-generation omnichannel retail platform, leveraging NETSOL’s Transcend Retail system. The collaboration underscores Sonic Automotive’s commitment to digital innovation and operational enhancement.

In addition, NETSOL announced the deployment of its Transcend Retail platform at Porsche North Houston and Jim Sharkey Nissan, part of their respective dealer groups. The swift five-week implementation at Porsche North Houston highlights the platform’s adaptability and ease of integration, crucial for modernizing retail experiences and improving operational efficiency.

The company also secured a $50 million, four-year contract extension with a tier-one global auto captive. This agreement, expected to bolster recurring revenue, extends the client’s use of Transcend Finance. The partnership, initiated in 1998, has seen NETSOL’s platform successfully implemented across 12 markets since a significant multi-country contract was signed in 2015.

Celebrating over 25 years on Nasdaq, NETSOL’s leadership, including Founder and CEO Najeeb Ghauri, participated in the Nasdaq Opening Bell Ceremony on December 15, 2025. This event commemorated the company’s longstanding contributions to global technology innovation.

Financially, NETSOL reported notable improvements in its unaudited results for the second quarter and six months ended December 31, 2025. Revenues rose from 2,255,000 to 2,391,000 in the quarter, and from 4,154,000 to 4,835,000 over the six-month period, according to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Gross profits for the same periods increased from 946,000 to 907,000 and from 1,587,000 to 1,880,000, respectively. Net profit saw a significant move, shifting from a loss of 27,000 to a profit of 218,000 in the quarter, and from 170,000 to 287,000 over six months. Earnings per share also demonstrated a positive trend, with basic EPS moving from a loss of 0.31 to a profit of 2.52 for the quarter, and from 1.93 to 3.11 for the half-year.
