Tri-Pack Films Schedules 34th Annual General Meeting for April 2026

Karachi: Tri-Pack Films Limited has announced the details for its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for April 21, 2026, at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in Karachi. The meeting will commence at 10:30 a.m. and will also be accessible virtually via Zoom, accommodating shareholders who prefer to attend remotely.

The agenda for the AGM includes the confirmation of the minutes from the previous meeting held on April 15, 2025, and the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. Additionally, the company plans to appoint M/s. A.F. Ferguson & Co. as external auditors for the ensuing year, with the Board of Directors recommending their appointment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will be conducted in accordance with the directives issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), mandating listed companies to hold general meetings virtually alongside physical ones.
