Karachi: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited has reported the loss of several share certificates, affecting the shareholder involved. These certificates pertain to shares held by Jan M A. Latif Nini, according to a notice dated April 17, 2026.

The lost share certificates, identified under Folio No. 13868, include certificate numbers 404162 to 404164, with distinctive numbers ranging from 41894316 to 41894990, totaling a loss of 675 shares. Additionally, certificate numbers 409731 to 409735, with distinctive numbers from 71318391 to 71318862, account for a loss of 472 shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), members of the stock exchange have been advised not to engage in any transactions involving these specific share certificates. The company has issued a notice stating that if no objections are received within seven days from the date of the notice, new share certificates will be reissued to the shareholder. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained by the company.

The notification serves to protect both the company and the shareholder from potential fraudulent activities and ensures that the integrity of share transactions is maintained within the designated market category.
