Lahore: The Crescent Textile Mills Limited has announced the election of its new board of directors following an extraordinary general meeting held on May 16, 2026. This election marks the beginning of a new three-year term for the board members, effective from May 17, 2026.

The newly elected directors include Mr. Amin Anjum Saleem, Mr. Aurangzeb Shafi, Mr. Khalid Bashir, Mr. Khurram Mazhar Karim, Mian Muhammad Anwar, Mrs. Nazia Maqbool, and Mr. Tariq Shafi, who will serve as an independent director. The election was conducted as part of the company’s routine governance process.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the appointment of directors is a critical event for the Crescent Textile Mills, which operates within the textile sector.
