Islamabad: Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited has announced the appointment of new leadership and the reconstitution of its board committees following a meeting held on May 21, 2026. The meeting, which took place at 11:00 A.M., resulted in the appointment of Mr. Ahmad Kuli Khan Khattak as Chairman and Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak as Chief Executive Officer, both set to serve a term of three years effective from the same date.
In addition to the leadership appointments, the Board of Directors reconstituted key committees. The Board Audit Committee will now be chaired by Mai. Gen. (Retd.) Saeed Ahmed Wahla, with Mr. Ahmad Kuli Khan Khattak and Syed Hassan Ali Raza serving as members. The Human Resource and Remuneration Committee is to be led by Brig. (Retd.) Abdul Samad Khan. The committee includes Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak as Chief Executive and member, Mr. Ahmad Kuli Khan Khattak, Mrs. Shahnaz Saijad Ahmad, and Dr. Shahin Kuli Khan Khattak as members.
