Lahore: A new Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), LSE SPAC-II Limited, has initiated the process to list on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), aiming to raise PKR 20 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has filed its draft prospectus with the PSX, inviting public comments by June 8, 2026.
The IPO comprises 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, each with a par value of PKR 10, offered at a fixed price. LSE Capital Limited and KTrade Securities Limited are serving as Joint Consultants to the Issue. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the total issue size is set at 20 million shares, representing 95.23% of the post-issue paid-up capital. Of these, 18,000,000 shares are earmarked for Pre-IPO investors, while the remaining 2,000,000 shares are allocated for the public offering.
Zahid Latif Khan Securities has underwritten the public portion of the IPO, totaling 2,000,000 shares valued at PKR 200 million, with an underwriting commission of 2.0%. The company, incorporated on March 3, 2026, is headquartered at The Exchange Hub, LSE Plaza, Lahore, and is seeking to leverage this public offering to further its strategic goals.
