Karachi: The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited has formally announced the successful crediting of 3,530,000 securities of Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited into its Central Depository System. This update follows a confirmation letter dated May 19, 2026, as reported in their latest disclosure on June 1, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the allotment contributes to Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited’s total paid-up capital, which currently stands at 18,541,800 securities. The transaction was finalized at the end of the trading day on May 25, 2026.

This development follows an earlier announcement regarding the Central Depository Company’s investment, amounting to PKR 230 million, in Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited. The successful crediting of shares has been confirmed, and the Exchange is requested to share this material information with all TRE Certificate Holders.
