KSB Pumps Company Limited Announces Director’s Share Transaction


Karachi: KSB Pumps Company Limited has disclosed that a transaction involving the purchase of shares by a director was executed on June 5, 2026. The details were shared in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.



According to the announcement, Imran Ghani, a director of the company, purchased 100 shares at a rate of Rs. 198.78 per share. The cumulative number of shares held by Ghani now stands at 100, representing a cumulative percentage of 0.000324%. The transaction was executed in the ‘Ready’ market, and the shares were in the form of Central Depository Company (CDC) certificates.



The company confirmed that the transaction will be presented in the upcoming board meeting for consideration, as stipulated under clause 5.6.1.(d) of the PSX regulations. Any non-compliances identified will be duly highlighted during this meeting. The holding period for the transaction exceeds six months. According to Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015, if the holding period were less than six months, any profit would be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the PSX would be informed.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such disclosures are part of regulatory requirements for transparency and accountability in trading activities by directors, CEOs, executives, their spouses, and substantial shareholders.
