LAHORE: First Punjab Modaraba has announced that its Annual Review Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held at the Registered Office located at Office No. 100, 3rd Floor, National Towers, 28-Egerton Road, Lahore. This meeting aims to review the modaraba’s performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, in alignment with Regulation No.33, Chapter IV of Modaraba Regulations, 2021.
First Punjab Modaraba has informed its Certificate Holders that the Certificate Transfer Books will be closed from June 24, 2026, to June 30, 2026, inclusive of both days, for the purpose of attending the meeting. Transfers received by the close of business hours on June 23, 2026, at the registrar’s office, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., will be processed in time for participation.
Certificate Holders who wish to attend the meeting via video link are requested to send their intent through a valid email to [email protected] at least seven days prior to the meeting date. The Modaraba will provide the participation link through a return email. Comments and suggestions can also be submitted via the same email or through WhatsApp at 0300 0774434, at least seven days before the meeting.
The annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, are available on the Modaraba’s official website, www.punjabmodaraba.com.pk, for review by the Certificate Holders.
