KARACHI: JS Bank Limited has announced the book closure dates for the 15th profit payment for its TFC-III issued on December 31, 2018, under the symbol "JSBLTFC2". The profit payment is scheduled for June 30, 2026.

The bank has set the transfer books to remain closed from June 23, 2026, to June 30, 2026, inclusive, to determine entitlements for the payment. TFC holders are advised to promptly notify the bank’s registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located at CDC House, 99-B, Block 'B', S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, of any changes in their address and income tax exemption status.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the announcement comes as JS Bank Limited continues to manage its obligations to its certificate holders efficiently.

The notification was published in "The News" and "Daily Jang" newspapers across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions on June 15, 2026. The bank has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed accordingly.
