Karachi: The trading terminals of B&B Securities (Private) Limited have been restored following an order from the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Karachi. This decision comes as part of a legal development dated June 23, 2026, which has temporarily suspended the enforcement order previously issued by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The suspension of B&B Securities’ trading terminals was initially announced on April 27, 2026, through PSX Notice No. N-483. The suspension was a consequence of significant violations of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and PSX Regulations identified during an inspection. These regulatory breaches led to the enforcement order dated April 24, 2026, which halted the operations of B&B Securities’ trading facilities.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the High Court's decision effectively pauses the enforcement action, reinstating B&B Securities’ ability to participate in market activities. This restoration will remain in effect until at least the next scheduled court hearing.
The development is crucial for B&B Securities and its clients, providing temporary relief and allowing market activities to resume. However, the future status of B&B Securities’ trading operations remains contingent upon the outcomes of forthcoming legal proceedings.
