Karachi: First Paramount Modaraba has reported a reduction in holdings by a substantial certificate holder, Asif Nathani, according to official disclosures made under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. The transactions, executed in June 2026, reflect a notable change in the ownership structure of the Modaraba.
According to the disclosure, Asif Nathani, the substantial certificate holder, sold a total of 127,020 shares in two separate transactions. On June 19, 2026, Nathani offloaded 100,455 shares at an average price of 14.2, which reduced his cumulative holdings to 1,693,120 shares, equivalent to 12.28% of the total shares. Following a subsequent transaction on June 22, 2026, he sold an additional 26,565 shares at an average price of 14, further decreasing his cumulative holdings to 1,666,555 shares, representing 12.09% of the total shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have been executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category.
The Modaraba has confirmed that these transactions will be tabled in the upcoming board meeting for consideration, as per the requirements of clause No. 5.6.1.(d) of the PSX Regulations. The board will review the transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and will report any non-compliance issues to the exchange.
