Islamabad: The Board of Directors of Shifa International Hospitals Limited approved significant strategic decisions in a meeting on June 27, 2026, at 1600 hours, according to a report released on June 29, 2026.

During the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the annual budget for the financial year 2026-2027. This decision is expected to guide the company's financial strategy and operations over the coming year.

Additionally, the board gave formal approval for the corporate registration and establishment of an ambulatory care unit in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This new unit will operate as a branch office or place of business for a foreign company, marking a strategic expansion of Shifa International Hospitals' operations into the region.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Shifa International Hospitals Ltd continues to focus on expanding its healthcare services and infrastructure.
