Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Announces Change of Directors

Karachi: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced a change in its board of directors. As of July 1, 2026, Mr. Khaled Hegazy and Mr. Marwan Bin Shakar have ceased to be directors of the company. Taking their place on the board are the newly appointed directors, Mr. Mohamed Dukandar and Mr. Sabri Ali Yehya.
