Pace (Pakistan) Limited Calls Extraordinary General Meeting to Elect New Directors

Lahore: Pace (Pakistan) Limited has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will take place at First Capital House, located at 96-B/1, Lower Ground Floor, M.M. Alam Road, Gulberg-III, Lahore. The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes from the Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025, and the election of seven directors for a new term of three years, commencing from July 27, 2026.

The Board of Directors has fixed the number of directors at seven, in accordance with section 159 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017. The directors retiring from their positions are Aamna Taseer, Shehryar Ali Taseer, Sikander Rashid Choudry, Umair Fakhar Alam, Shahbaz Ali Taseer, Shehrbano Taseer, and Shavez Ahmed.
