Karachi: Tri-Pack Films Limited has announced a notice to its shareholders regarding unclaimed shares and dividends, in accordance with Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017. This pre-publication notice, released on July 15, 2026, will be featured in the Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt newspapers on July 16, 2026, as per Clause 5.6.9 (b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book.

The company has advised shareholders to check the details of unclaimed shares and dividends available on its website under "Investor Relation - Shareholder Notes." These shares and dividends have been unclaimed for a period exceeding three years since they became due and payable.

Previously, Tri-Pack Films Limited sent notices by registered post or courier to the last known addresses of the shareholders, requesting them to submit their claims within ninety days. Shareholders who have not yet responded are now invited to lodge their claims within ninety days from the date of this notice's publication, with the Company's Share Registrar, FAMCO Share Registration Services (Pvt.) Limited.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), if no claims are received within the stipulated period, the company will proceed in compliance with the provisions outlined in the Companies Act, 2017. This step ensures adherence to the regulatory framework governing unclaimed financial assets, safeguarding shareholder interests.
