The report, dated July 17, 2026, details the transaction executed on June 29, 2026. Mr. Sajjad Aslam acquired 100,000 shares at a rate of 13.47 per share. This purchase increased his cumulative shareholding to 3,082,816 shares, representing 13.403% of the company's total shares.
