Karachi: Share certificates previously reported lost by Dolmen City REIT and Askari Bank Limited have been found and are now ready to be reintroduced into market dealings, according to a report issued on August 4, 2026, by CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.
The report details the recovery of these essential documents, which had been previously reported lost. Dolmen City REIT, a prominent player in the real estate investment sector, has confirmed that the lost share certificates, as outlined in Annexure-A, have been recovered. The recovery allows these certificates to be included in future dealings, a development that is expected to be circulated among the Members of the Exchange.
Additionally, Askari Bank Limited, listed under the designated market category of financial institutions, reports the recovery of share certificates previously presumed lost. The certificates belong to the deceased shareholder, Umar Farooq Malik, as indicated by the folio number 32416. The recovered certificates include Certificate #789069 with 153 shares, Certificate #806048 with 151 shares, and Certificate #816633 with 174 shares, totaling 478 shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these recoveries will be circulated among the Members of the Exchange, ensuring transparency and continuity in trading activities. The reinstatement of these certificates into market dealings marks a significant update for the concerned stakeholders.
